Terms & Conditions

Updated October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Blackrock Demo portal (the "Portal"), a business-to-business service operated by Blackrock Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Portal you agree to them on behalf of the travel agency or company you represent (your "Agency").

1. Who the Portal is for

The Portal is for travel professionals. It is not offered to consumers. You confirm that you are authorised to act for your Agency and to bind it to these terms.

2. Accounts and security

  • Accounts are created for an Agency after registration and approval. Each account belongs to one person and must not be shared.
  • You must keep your password and any sign-in codes sent to your email confidential. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission.
  • Your Agency is responsible for everything done through its accounts, including bookings made by its users, and for removing access when someone leaves.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is misused, that puts the Portal or other users at risk, or that has an unpaid balance.

3. Searching and booking

  • Hotel, flight and transfer availability, prices and conditions come from third-party suppliers. They change without notice, and a price shown in search results is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
  • If a rate changes before you confirm, the Portal shows you the new price. A booking is never made at a different price from the one you have accepted.
  • Service fees, taxes and other charges are calculated by our systems when you confirm. Always check the total shown at checkout.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the guest names, dates, nationality and contact details you enter. Errors may mean a booking is refused by the supplier, or that a correction fee applies.

4. Holding and vouchering a booking

  • Hold. Where a rate allows free cancellation, you can hold a booking without payment until its cancellation deadline. A held booking that is not vouchered by the deadline is cancelled automatically. The deadline is shown in your own time zone, and the supplier's own rules apply to it.
  • Voucher. Vouchering confirms the booking and charges the Agency's account. A vouchered booking cannot be undone from the Portal. Cancelling it afterwards is subject to the cancellation terms of the rate that was booked.

5. Cancellations, changes and refunds

  • Every rate has its own cancellation policy, shown before you book and on the booking page. The charge for cancelling depends on when you cancel.
  • A refund, where one is due, is returned to the Agency's account or by the original method, as soon as the supplier confirms it. We are not able to refund more than the supplier refunds us.
  • Flight tickets can be voided only within the period the airline allows, which is usually the day of issue.
  • A no-show, or a booking left unused, is normally charged in full.

6. Payment, credit and invoices

  • The Agency pays for bookings from its credit facility with us, or by card or another method we offer. Credit is subject to approval and a limit set by us, and may be changed or withdrawn.
  • Invoices and credit notes are available in the Portal. Invoices are payable on the terms agreed with your Agency. A credit note records an amount credited back to the Agency, for example after a cancellation.
  • Charges that are not disputed within a reasonable time after the invoice date are treated as accepted. Please contact support as soon as you spot a problem.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Portal to break the law, to book on behalf of a person or company that is not your client, to resell access to the Portal, to scrape or copy its data, to interfere with its operation, or to try to reach another Agency's data.

8. Our responsibility

  • We act as an intermediary between your Agency and the suppliers. The services you book are provided by the suppliers under their own terms, and they are responsible for them.
  • We work to keep the Portal available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by supplier errors or changes, events outside our control, or indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Your Agency is responsible for having the right to give us the guest details it enters.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Portal after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction: to be confirmed by Blackrock Technologies LLC.]
